Return Policy
General Return Policy
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which is obtained through submitting an e-mail with your scenario to the return department. We accept returns on unopened, new items that have been ordered through AcuraTLparts.com within 30 days of the purchase date stated on the invoice. There will be a 20% restocking fee for items that are acceptable as returns. Please e-mail us at returns@acuratlparts.com for a RMA number.
Shipping will not be covered, and the buyer is responsible for shipping both ways.
AcuraTLparts will not accept returns on the following items:
-Any returns submitted after 30 days of receiving the product
-Any used or damaged items
-Improperly installed items
-Custom products
-Gift Certificates
For all items that qualify for a return, there is a 20% restocking fee or a 10% restocking fee with the choice of using the remaining balance as store credit.
Warranty Claim
All warranty claims must be submitted via e-mail through returns@acuratlparts.com. An RMA number will be issued as well as instructions on how to proceed with the warranty of your item. In most cases, if the warranty is still valid, we may ask you to provide proper documentation and images.
